Your clients' trust, kept.
How EngageCycle protects the proposals, signatures, and client details you put in it.
Signed documents can't change
Once a proposal is sent, its content and prices are frozen. A change makes a new version instead. The client signs a fingerprint (SHA-256) of that exact document, and the certificate records it with the signed PDF's own fingerprint.
No field for sensitive numbers
There is no place to store Social Security numbers, tax ID numbers, or bank, routing, or card numbers, and none will be added.
Payments go through Stripe. Card details never touch EngageCycle.
Each business kept separate
Every business's data is walled off in every query, by design. Every staff login needs two-step verification.
Support access needs a reason
If our team needs to see your account, they start a support session with a reason you can read. It lasts at most an hour, owners are emailed when it starts, and it shows in your activity. You can require your approval first.
Client links can't be guessed
Each client link is a long random code. We find it by its fingerprint. While a proposal is open, the link is also kept encrypted so your staff can copy it again; once the proposal is signed, declined, or closed, that copy is erased.
