Pay for what you send, not for seats.

Billed yearly, per firm. Unlimited drafts and staff on every plan. A credit is used when something reaches a client, not when it's signed.

What's a credit?

A credit is used the first time a proposal, engagement letter, consent, or walkthrough reaches a client: emailed, shared as a link, signed in person, or from your website offer once the person confirms their email. A walkthrough uses one credit however many documents are in it. Drafts, previews, test sends, resending the same link, and a corrected version that replaces one you sent don't use a credit, unless the one it replaces was withdrawn and its credit given back. One withdrawn before the client opens it is given back.

Questions

What's a credit?

A credit is used the first time a proposal, engagement letter, consent, or walkthrough reaches a client: emailed, shared as a link, signed in person, or from your website offer once the person confirms their email. A walkthrough uses one credit however many documents are in it. Drafts, previews, test sends, resending the same link, and a corrected version that replaces one you sent don't use a credit, unless the one it replaces was withdrawn and its credit given back. One withdrawn before the client opens it is given back.

Do you charge per client?

No. Keep as many clients as you like. Only proposals you send count.

Is there a trial?

Yes. Every new business gets 10 credits to try it on real clients, once. No card needed, and there's no time limit: the credits are yours until you use them.

What happens if I go over?

On a plan with a price for extra credits, you keep sending: extras are billed monthly at that price, up to a cap you control, and a big batch shows the charge before it goes out. On a plan with packs, you buy whole packs before the send.

Do unused credits roll over?

No. Included credits reset each plan year. Packs last 12 months from purchase.

What if my card fails?

You can still sign in and every signed record stays available. New sends pause until the card is updated, and anything waiting goes out once it's fixed.

What happens to signed proposals if I cancel?

New sends stop, but every signed proposal, certificate, and PDF stays readable and downloadable for the retention period in our terms.

Can I change plans?

Upgrade any time, and pay the difference for the rest of your plan year. A downgrade takes effect at your renewal date.

Why is there no monthly plan?

Most businesses renew their clients once a year, so we bill once a year. If you send only a few, the smallest plan covers occasional use.

Is my data safe?

Signing links can't be guessed, each business is kept separate from every other, and there's no field anywhere for ID or account numbers. Payments go through Stripe. Card details never touch EngageCycle. More on security.
